MBCT uses both CBT and Mindful Meditation to deal with current stressors as well as distressing thoughts and feelings. The goal of MBCT is to help participants accept and observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment and negativity. Come join other moms and learn how to handle the stressors of motherhood and life in general with patience, confidence & mindful acceptance.
For moms & babies (precrawling), postpartum moms only. This is an 8 week group, and participants must attend all sessions.
